Dr. Christopher is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Assistant Program Director of the Internal Medicine Residency Program at the Brigham and Women's Hospital, one of the premier training programs in the US. Dr. Christopher is an award winning physician, educator, and clinical scientist. A blogger of issues that matter to International Medical Graduates, Dr. Christopher has counseled and advised US training candidates for the last decade, a period of substantial increase in the difficulty in matching.
Raised in Southern California, he received two bachelor's degrees from University of California San Diego, his medical doctoral degree from New York Medical College, and his master's degree in Epidemiology from the Harvard School of Public Health. He completed training in Internal Medicine, Critical Care Medicine and Nephrology at Brown and Harvard.
